All our delivery prices are per order and to any one destination so pack 'em in quick. Next working day delivery takes 24hrs to mainland UK addresses and costs £5.99
Our range of delivery services also includes Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Europe, North America, and Asia & Australasia.
Orders placed before 1pm GMT on a weekday for delivery to the UK mainland will be delivered on the next working day or Saturday delivery if you select this option when you checkout. You may also select a delivery date in advance should you so wish, you will be asked for this delivery date once you proceed to the checkout.
All orders received after our 1pm GMT deadline will be processed on the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday only we do not deliver or process orders on weekends or on bank holidays. For example place your order after 1pm on a Friday and your order will be dispatched by us on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays)
We are unable to deliver parcels to BFPO addresses, any orders placed to these destinations will not be sent and your card will automatically be refunded.
At present we are unable to send flowers outside of the UK. All flowers are packed with their own food and a special gel formula in a specially designed gift box to keep them in excellent condition during transit. To ensure that all fresh flowers reach you in the best condition all orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday containing flowers will be processed on a Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
All parcels that are sent outside of the UK need to have a contact telephone number for the recipient. Gifts2drink cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels being delivered if a number was not provided. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address outside the UK is correct as we will not change/amend it once it has left our depot.
Should your order not be within zone 1 (see below) we reserve the right to charge you for the appropriate delivery cost incurred.
Local duty may be levied when the goods enter any country if outside of the EU; Gifts2Drink will therefore not be liable for any customs delay or local taxes due. Gifts2Drink act solely as an agent for you our client.

Gifts2Drink will charge a postage and packaging charge when you place your order. The ellement of the charge made for postage will be on the following terms any additional monies in addition to the cost of your postage will be for packaging services.
Gifts2Drink t/a Viverdi Ltd act as your agent and will pay the Royal Mail or Parcelforce on your behalf, and you our client will actually receive the services provided by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. You are responsible for paying royal mail or parcelforce but we will make this payment as your agent when you place your order and we will deduct any postage charges on your behalf from the total value of your order and we will only recover the exact amount which we pay the Royal Mail on your behalf. When postage and packaging charges are free we will discount the value of your order equal to the cost payable by you to the Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
By using our website and placing your order you authorise us to act as your agent and make a payment on your behalf to the Royal Mail or Parcelforce for the service they provide to you. You will be fully aware that that the services you paid for will be provided by either the Royal Mail or Parcelforce. To receive a VAT invoice with these charges (disbursements) fully itemised please contact us as we do not send VAT invoices with your order. Our responsibility for the mail ceases when it is accepted for safe delivery by Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We will pass on any Royal Mail or Parcelforce discount or rebate to you our client in full or, if we obtain the discount or rebate from posting various clients’ mail at the same time, we will apportion it fairly and we will only recover from you the exact amount which we pay the Royal Mail or Parcelforce on your behalf. You must also notify us of who to send the mail to on your behalf.
You our client must be fully aware that the service provided to you by the Royal Mail or Parcelforce we will pay for on your behalf and the service will be provided by the Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
What happens if they are out when the parcel arrives?
If the recipient is out when we try to attempt your delivery we will leave you a card notifying of our attempt. We will then attempt a second delivery on the following working day. Should they also be unavailable on this occasion our courier will ask you to call them and arrange a more suitable time for delivery? They will hold your parcel in the depot for up to 5 days whilst you arrange delivery. Delivery hours are between 7am and 6pm.
Responsibility cannot be taken for the wrong order, or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and the return of the goods in these circumstances.
We shall not be liable for any delay in or for failure to perform obligations if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as, but without limitation, any strike, lock-out or other form of industrial action, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, fire, flood, storm or Act of God.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels and ships. In such cases, the signature of the person authorised to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order. For deliveries to hospitals, please indicate ward and room number whenever possible. For deliveries to hotels, please indicate room number and name of the guest(s) (group, couple, etc.).
What happens if my order is late?
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive within our promised delivery period please email us at sales@Gifts2Drink.co.uk along with your order number and we will carry out a thorough investigation with our courier and endeavour to get your package delivered to you. We will also send you a credit voucher for the full cost of the delivery service paid. Should you wish to cancel your order and it has been dispatched by us you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back by our courier.
What happens if my order is lost?
If your order has failed to arrive within 14 working days from the date of placing your order it is deemed by us as lost. Should you fail to report to us that your parcel has not arrived within this time and we have a signature of delivery from our courier we will be unable to claim for loss of the item from our courier and therefore unable to replace your goods. Should you refuse to sign for your package within this 14 day period you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back.
In the very unlikely event that your order is "lost in the post", please contact us and we will, in conjunction with ParcelForce undertake a thorough investigation as to how and why the item has been lost. Once we are able to establish that the item is definitely lost we will redeliver the goods, this may take up to 30 days from the date of posting. However should you wish us to dispatch your order again at once you will have to accept responsibility of the cost of this until your claim has been completed by our courier. We will not charge your card until all investigations have been completed and any failure to co-operate with us or our courier during this investigation could jeopardise your claim for loss. Should your missing order arrive and you fail to inform us within 7 days of delivery to you then you will be liable for the cost of both the original and replacement order.
We cannot be held liable for any loss including consequential loss if a product does not arrive on time.
Here at Gifts2Drink we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. You may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellation. This applies to all our products. Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in its original condition in order that it can be sold on as new unless faulty within 7 days of the date the item is delivered to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of flowers unless you notify us within two working days from delivery.
If any item of your order is Broken or damaged or not the item ordered we will replace the item, providing the product can be collected by our carrier and was signed for, and you notified us on 0870 626 02 19 within 7 Days of delivery. All products will be collected by our carrier and they must be packed as received to avoid any possible damage. We will ALWAYS replace the product immediately at no extra cost to you however should you fail to return the broken, damaged or incorrect item back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery you will be charged the full cost of delivering and replacing the goods.
All faults reported after the first 7 days must be made to the manufacturer of the item under their own terms. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To Exchange a product;If upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, please return your order in its original condition along with a note explaining the reason for return and your request for the new product you would like exchanged. It is that simple! Your card will be charged/refunded any difference in cost plus £2.99 for postage and packing of your replacement.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return along with your order number, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below.
