All flower arrangements will be fresh and delivered by hand. If upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, please return your order in it's original condition and we will reimburse you for the full value of your order. It is that simple! Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in it's original condition unless faulty within 7 days of the date the item is delivered to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of perishable goods unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not the item ordered.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) and you will also be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless your order arrives damaged, faulty or with incorrect items.

We offer a standard next working day courier service on all orders in the UK mainland from only £5.99
In the unlikely event that your order should fail to arrive within our promised delivery period please email us at sales@gifts2drink.co.uk along with your order number and we will carry out a thorough investigation with our courier and endeavour to get your package delivered to you. We will also send you a credit voucher for the full cost of the delivery service paid. Should you wish to cancel your order and it has been dispatched by us you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned back by our courier.
