70cl Jack Daniels in Pine Gift Box~~This rare, sippin' whiskey is made at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, using pure cave spring water and a unique mellowing process perfected by Jack Daniel in 1866.

The distinctively pleasing flavour is the reason they'll always stay faithful to the slow, time-honoured methods their founder insisted upon. Tennessee whiskey is similar to bourbon but is different in that it is filtered through maple charcoal in large wooden vats prior to aging.

Tennessee whiskey is also not subject to the regulations relating to bourbons, such as the use of new barrels and low level of distilling proof.

Double Irish Bushmills Gift~~Bushmills Original Irish whiskey is the original and best known whisky from the Old Bushmills Distillery, the oldest licensed whisky distillery in the world. Its is a blend of single malt and single grain whiskey.

Grain whiskey reserved for Bushmills is aged a minimum of five years in oak casks that are specially selected to bring out the golden hue and light. When mature this grain whiskey is blended with a single malt whiskey to balance the flavour.

The malt used in Bushmills mash derives its clean taste from the deliberate absence of peat used in the barley drying process. Irish whiskey distilleries kiln-dry their malt in a heat-fired, not peat-fired, oven. Lighter, no smoke and perfectly balanced, Bushmills is triple distilled for exceptional smoothness.

Black Bush Special Irish Whiskey is a rich, dark, 80-proof blend from the world's oldest licensed distillery, "Old Bushmills" distillery in County Antrim, Ireland. It is comprised almost entirely of single malt whiskey, making it a choice selection of deluxe whiskey aficionados.

75cl Double Champange Bollinger Gift~~Following the harvest period, Bollinger's decisions on blending are not made before January. The blend for the Special Cuvée is an ideal version of the classic Champagne blend, using the different grapes of a given year from a variety of crus, with the addition of older, reserve wines. This blend necessarily incorporates subtle variations each year whilst remaining consistent to a style. It is, therefore, the hardest of all Bollinger to make. It contains the full expression of the Bollinger style and the House feels it should be judged on this - its benchmark wine.

Grande Annee, the name, signifies that Bollinger's vintage champagne is only released during 'great' years.

The Grande Annee blend comes only from a particularly fine harvest. When such a harvest occurs the House selects its best wines, cru by cru and grape variety by grape variety - the key to the particular year. Each wine is individually fermented in oak casks prior to blending. On average, the blend is composed of 65% pinot noir and 35% chardonnay.
