75cl Dow's Fine Ruby Port~~These are the youngest of all the Dow's wood-aged Ports, having been aged on average 3 years in oak casks.

These wines are carefully made from the finest grapes in the Douro valley. During the ageing process, the wines are tasted regularly and, when they are considered to be ready, they are blended with all the care of a premium quality Port, but are bottled when ready for immediate consumption.

75cl Cockburn's Fine Ruby Port~~Cockburn's Fine Ruby is a blend of young wines from various years, aged for three years in wood casks and bottled after filtration. With rich, full-bodied flavours of raspberry, plum and spice, it retains the red colour and fruit flavour of youth, and is ready to drink when bottled, offering a rich, fruity, sweet taste.


Fine Ruby pairs well with blue veined cheeses, rich chocolate desserts - especially with raspberry sauce - or simply squares of dark chocolate and toasted walnuts.

75cl Taylors First Estate Reserve Port~~First Estate Reserve is still vinified at this old property, it is blended to produce a rich, full young port with an abundance of fruit - a true reflection of the Taylor's style and tradition.

75cl Cockburns Special Reserve~~This superior wine comes from Quintas which produce the great Cockburn vintages in the upper Doura Valley of of the Demarcated Douro Region.

It has been aged in lodges and bottled in Vila Nova de Gaia, accross the river from Oporto, and softened into the smooth, mellow, distinctive character demanded by the discerning palate.

Cockburn's Special Reserve is the world's most popular premium port. Special Reserve is a medium dark ruby color, with a deep garnet edge. The blend has a clean aroma, showing maturity and finesse, with a hint of dried plums. Off dry to medium sweet, Special Reserve has a rich, mellow texture and smooth tannin structure, with a long, satisfying finish. The classic way to serve Special Reserve is with aged Stilton cheese after dinner. Or enjoy with roasted almonds or walnuts and squares of rich, dark chocolate for a simple but elegant dessert.

75cl Taylors 10 Year Old Tawny~~Mellow and elegant combining delicate wood notes with rich aromas of mature fruit.

The port is made from a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Cao & Tinta Amarela.

Taylor's 10 Year Old Tawny is bottled when ready to drink and will not improve if laid down in bottle. It is an excellent accompaniment to nut based desserts and is ideally served slightly chilled. Best enjoyed up to 4 weeks after opening.

75cl Taylors 20 Year Old Tawny~~Another magnificent and finely-balanced tawny of outstanding richness and complexity.

The additional ten years of aging from the 10 year old, produces a fine balance between the rich, raisiny fruit and the nutty, honeyed finish - a taste to linger over.

This rare port is traditionally enjoyed as a dessert wine or at the end of the meal.

75cl Graham 1983/4 Vintage port~~A very muscular, powerful and age-worthy Vintage. Exceptional balance and structure, intensely aromatic and full-bodied on the palate with an explosion of luscious black fruit flavours ending with hints of spice and mint. In blind tastings, the Graham’s 1983 invariably outperforms the competition.

A good number of shippers declared the 1983 vintage, a pleasant outcome as conditions earlier in the year did not suggest that the vintage was to be a great success.
